The UK UniParty and Our Human Rights
The covid era demonstrated lots of things, not least how belief in our inalienable Human Rights, legally or ethically, was null and void. Now, more than six years later, we can better understand that erosion of values was because most people in positions of public trust, including academics, judges, teachers, the police and medical professionals etc... all claimed (whether authentically or not) that the 'emergency' covid presented was somehow more important than Human Rights.
UniParty Politics
Do any of those lockstep governments offer hope of recovering those Human Rights? A reminder from me - no-one is coming to save us:

You'll see from my above article that the main funder of Reform Party is the same multi-millionaire - Jeremy Hosking - who set up the Reclaim Party and funds it. And as Andrew Bridgen explained himself on a DocMalik interview, Hosking financially and legally captured him. That was before the latest entrant, Rupert Lowe's newly registered 'Restore Party' which is proudly now supported by that same captured 'dissident' MP, Andrew Bridgen:

Whatever Lowe may claim about his 'farmer' roots, the truth is, he is another multi-millionaire ex-corporate banker. This wealth is the commonality between the protagonists of these UniParties. I've explained in various articles and podcasts about impact investment bank Legatum (based in Dubai), these funders of the UniParties' activities, the media that artificially amplifies their propaganda and the universities that pay the 'experts' that confirm their commercial interests...are the same. There's a summary of my research about Legatum here:

What's relevant in light of my recent research focus on Chinese propaganda, particularly the pro-Multipolarity infiltration into alternative media, is the exploitation of African communities via BigPharma and Philanthropathic entities in Chinese-controlled land.

Human Rights Act
As if to further turn the screw on our suffering, this week the political PR company Legatum, propose to scrap the Human Rights laws altogether. Political puppets like Farage, Bridgen and Lowe claim that these laws are an inconvenience, that they allow exploitation of Brits, where the Court system should be allowed to act independently at its discretion, without interference from European Conventions. Importantly, Legatum's Draft Bill includes:
• A foreword by Danny Kruger MP (Reform) & endorsement from Sir Jacob Rees‑Mogg (more on them in a moment).
• Detailed legislative provisions covering withdrawal, repeal, and constitutional transition.
Here's their short promotional video about the Draft Bill:
Danny Kruger MP

Until his recent resignation (2023) Danny Kruger declared a conflict of interest as an unpaid Director of a company called the New Social Covenant Unit Ltd (now struck-off) which according to Parliamentary records, is a 'company which supports social policy research'. It was/is the social policy research of Tory Cameron's 'Big Society', a pro-Brexit, pro-PPP anti-welfare stance, which is evidenced here. It is also interesting to note Kruger's recent visit to Israel, which matches his opinions and was funded by a financial management consultancy Good Faith Solutions [t/a Partnership] Ltd which is headed-up by Lord Rook, a previous advisor to Starmer:

Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg

Jacob Rees-Mogg will be a politician known to many of my readers. Just like Farage, Lowe and so many others, Mogg is yet another investment-banker turned MP, with his fingers in many pies, financial and philanthropathic. Educated at Eton and Oxbridge, he was part of the Boris 'team' and Brexit Minister. And of course you may have seen him on Legatum's PR machine, GB News where Farage and friends all hang out. It comes as no surprise to see Dr Radomir Thomas Tylecote (until recently a Director at Legatum) currently a 'person with significant control' of at least one of Rees-Mogg's finance companies, 878 Research Ltd.
I read Legatum's highly repetitive, self-citing anti-human rights Draft Bill so you don't have to. To summarise what we already know, I quote:
The purpose of the HRA 1998 and Convention is to serve as constraints on the capacity of Ministers, Parliamentarians, Assembly Members, and public authorities to legislate, deliberate, decide, and act.
Indeed. So, as the Mindspace report's authors, would say, remove that constraint - 'sludge' as the Nudge Unit calls it - so that law-making can be speeded-up, opposition quashed.

In conclusion, it remains (pun intended!) to be seen who will be the main donors to this 'new-new' UniParty. But a quick look at their website reveals the predictable 'popularist' policies that are based on all those 'broken promises' of policies past: reducing immigration, saving the NHS, reviewing the curriculum...[Yawn]

Will the British voting public ever learn? I wonder. And I wonder what the next iteration of the UniParty might be? If you are outside the UK, please comment on your views of the UniParty where you live. The global lockstep of lawfare continues, until we say NO MORE!
