Goodfellow Unit: BigPharma Propaganda for NZ Doctors & Nurses [Part 2]

In this article I conclude what I began last week, when I summarised the role of Dr Hassan Bhally in a (fake) CPD webinar for NZ healthcare professionals that continues to promote the Pfizer 'booster' injections for New Zealanders:

Today, the legacy media reports how 'baffled' St John's staff are, because our 'Emergency ambulance service [is] under record pressure as 111 calls surge'. People are sick. We're a small population with limited services, and everyone seems to know someone either a patient at hospital or staff working there (or both). Which begs the question - how can Pfizer-funded Dr Bhally and his colleagues NOT know what is happening in his GP surgery, and all around us.?

Dr Aseem Malhotra, who I've written about seeing at the initial New Zealand Doctors Speaking Out with Science (NZDSOS) Truth, Justice & Healing Conference, Auckland....and more recently after becoming more sceptical of him here, calls it 'willful blindness'. But it's much more than that.

Further elearning opportunities from the Goodfellow Unit

You won't be surprised to hear that another GP, Dr Lara Courtnay lines up this week to present the next indoctrination session c/o the Goodfellow Unit. This time about the experimental obesity drugs Wegovy (Novo Nordisk) and Eli Lilly & Co's Mounjaro. Previous promotions of these medications have also been supported by GPs on 'unrestricted grants' from the drug companies. Having read the inserts for these medications, I'm astonished how anyone could even consider encouraging individuals to take them.

Where is the good nutritional advice? Nope. BigPharma doesn't need that kind of free, holistic health advice from their puppets, because:

As I explained in Part One, Dr Bhally (on an 'unrestricted' Pfizer grant that enables him to attend all kinds of flash international BigPharma conferences), was apparently perfectly happy to confirm in the Q&A of that webinar that pregnant women should get additional boosters for the covid 'virus'. In 2026. Five years of data exists now - from New Zealand and around the world - for him to make a more educated statement. This kind of poor-quality, out of date 'research' promoting the injections continues to be the core output from the Goodfellow Unit.

Back on 5th Nov 2021 the NZ Ministry of Education provided a Ministry of Health 'webinar' to staff who had questions about the 'vaccine mandate' being applied to them. Here's what I wrote in 2024 about that unethical coercion:

As more detail has been discovered about the covid era in NZ, we learned about how the adverse events data was hidden. And maybe this explains why healthcare professionals - even trainers - like Dr Bhally, are still apparently unaware of the harms he has directly caused (and continues to cause). To take one significant example of the 'monitoring' of pregnant women, Goodfellow partner Auckland University (where, of course, Dr Bhally has an honorary role) deliberately withheld the data of health and pregnancy outcomes comparing the jabbed vs unjabbed women:

There are some clues in the existing statistics from the Health NZ Maternity web tool. But where is the actual monitoring data from the 'academic' institutions tasked with analysis? In truth, it's Public Private Philanthropic Partnerships (PPPPs) that fund the Goodfellow Unit and others which prevent the elephant in the room from being exposed. What is the Goodfellow Unit?

So, founded on the principles of commercialism, the Goodfellow Unit is part of the Goodfellow Foundation, a legacy of one of the richest Kiwi businessmen, Sir William Goodfellow. The Foundation has more than NZ$12million in tax-exempt assets, and funds healthcare scholarships as well as GPs expenses. I expect Sir Goodfellow could not have foreseen how his legacy would become twisted to suit an unethical profit. How did BigPharma get so closely embedded with NZs universities?

BigPharma 'Collaborations'

Pfizer claims their 'patient-first approach' plays an active role across New Zealand’s healthcare spectrum and beyond.

In late 2021, Pfizer set up a NZ/Oz 'healthcare hub' based in Sydney, NSW to promote 'collaborations' - probably in partnership with the Nudge Unit there, BETA (more on that another day). The Pfizer hub website seems to have been taken down in 2023, but the archived page shows how they would facilitate relationships between start-ups selling their products and Governments:

Who needs a PR or marketing arm when you have the University of Auckland, Kiwi GPs and academics to act as shills? As I've explained many times, academia is utterly broken. And with no sign of any meaningful independent academic entity setting-up, we are a long way from ending this medical tyranny.
