ARC, Legatum, Impact Investors and their Puppets

A collection of pieces of research about the tentacles and impact of Legatum

ARC, Legatum, Impact Investors and their Puppets

Prompted by a piece by Mathew Crawford’s , I thought I’d collate all the various posts I’ve written over the last year or so about Legatum’s tentacles. It all started with conversations with my Substack colleague Michael Ginsberg of about the suspiciously high-profile marketing of the ARC ‘launch’ event in London. I published this piece about ARC, Legatum and Jordan Peterson. And here’s a work-in-progress diagram of the tentacles that include ARC. (updated Mar 25):

Then later Michael and I published this more comprehensive (popular) article about the connections between ARC, Legatum and the WEF and WHO:

The Truth about the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship (ARC)
Some of us haven’t been in this investigative journalism/truth telling business for very long, but there’s one important thing we have all learned during this time:

That same month, (Right Hon Lord) David Cameron was back in the news headlines, as he was ‘elevated’ into a strategic role for what we see unravelling now around the globe, as Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs. So I wrote this piece about Rwanda, which was also in the headlines for Sunak’s proposed idea of sending any unwanted refugees into the UK over there. You see WEF and Legatum are heavily invested in Africa, and especially the geographically strategic Rwanda…

As recently highlighted in this excellent conversation with expert PD Lawton, the history within these African countries is essential to grasp. Not least because of the enormous economic impact and corruption as a result of the slave labour mining of the precious metals and minerals. As I explain in this next article, it’s not a coincidence that Legatum’s ‘Freedom Fund’ is supposedly targetting slave labour. Hidden in plain sight. Always.

ARC, Legatum and Fake Freedom Funds
We’ve been chatting recently about how the serpent is beginning to eat its own tail. In Mattias Desmet’s insightful book, he assures us this self-destruction is inevitable. And for many of us, it can’t come soon enough.

Then I wrote about the education indoctrination tentacle of Legatum’s empire, the Luminos Fund, which although doesn’t feature (yet) in the DRC or Rwanda, does have relevance to the African economies mentioned above and the meta data harvesting that impact investors need:

Legatum (ARC), Luminos Fund and our Broken Education Systems
In this article - which admittedly is a little long - I summarise my reflections on investigating an arm of the Legatum financial empire, the Luminos Fund. This arm is specifically focused on education in Sub-Saharan African countries. Collection and analysis of human data is essentia…

And if you’re not sure what I mean yet, by impact investors, I’d highly recommend this short explainer I wrote here:

Impact Investment: what is it, who are they and what do they want from us?
Lots of people say to me they really aren’t bothered about intrusive surveillance of personal info on their phones or laptop. ‘My life really isn’t that interesting’ they claim, or “I’m not doing anything wrong, so it doesn’t matter who monitors me.” But this lack of understanding misses the point. So let me explain how these views can be harmful to us …

And here is a short post I wrote that connects the training of BigPharma trained healthcare workers to Legatum’s tentacles in Africa:

Recruitment of Teachers & Nurses from India & Africa to 'Developed Democracies'
I’ve written before about the structure and objectives of impact investment firms like Legatum. What’s come out of my investigations is the vast web of BigTech and BigPharma partners which work towards the WEF/WHO/UN Agenda 2030 SDGs. Especially in developing countries like India, Ghana, Rwanda and Nigeria.

And finally, the parallels between the totalitarian societies created in Africa, with the horrors of covid era policies we suffered here in the ‘developed West’…

African Partners in Crime: CCP promotes totalitarianism, impact investors' profits rise.
I’ve been investigating the impact investor Legatum’s portfolio (see my numerous previous posts on this topic), and it is often the African countries like Rwanda and Tanzania that form the focus of their asset management attention. This extract from a recent article explains on…

Hope this summary helps readers who are trying to navigate these complex matters understand the connections between the propaganda from entities like ‘ARC’ and the ‘social justice’ propaganda from impact investors. I’m no expert in this area, but I share with others deep concerns about the ways that students of all ages are exploited by these financial corporates, with no regard for ethics.

Please leave me a comment, especially if you have another strand to tie up with this topic.
